Delivery Information

All orders are dispatched every other day and you should receive your order within 2-5 days. If your order does not turn up within this timeframe please get in contact with us at datadirectltduk@gmail.com ASAP so we are able to track your order.

Our Delivery Couriers

We choose our delivery couriers carefully to ensure that your order is delivered to you in an efficient and safe manner. Our current main couriers are Eviri, Yodel & Royal Mail. For larger orders we use Eviri & Yodel. For smaller postable items we use Royal Mail. 

Please Note: If there are issues with stock we will get in contact with you ASAP. We will not send out alternatives unless authorised by the buyer.

Standard orders are not always sent tracked and other couriers may require a signature.
